Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VelozaPay WordPress plugin, the VelozaPay payment network, and the velozapay.com website (together, the "Service"). By installing the plugin or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VelozaPay is

VelozaPay provides software that lets WooCommerce merchants accept cryptocurrency payments. The Service routes payment requests to cryptocurrency payment infrastructure operated by PayGate.to. VelozaPay is a software and routing provider — it is not a bank, exchange, money transmitter, or custodian.

2. Non-custodial service

The Service is non-custodial. Cryptocurrency payments settle on-chain directly to the wallet address that the merchant configures. VelozaPay never holds, controls, pools, or has the ability to move merchant or customer funds. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and security of the wallet addresses you provide.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business activity. You may not use the Service to sell or facilitate:

  • goods or services that are illegal in the merchant's or customer's jurisdiction;
  • fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned transactions;
  • any activity that violates the terms of underlying providers.

You are responsible for complying with all tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and licensing laws that apply to your business.

4. Fees

The VelozaPay plugin is free to install. A flat percentage fee is applied per successful transaction and is deducted automatically at settlement. The underlying payment infrastructure provider also charges a fee. Current fees are described on the velozapay.com website and may change with notice.

5. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including PayGate.to (payment infrastructure) and Cloudflare (network and hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms. VelozaPay is not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these third parties.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VelozaPay does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and transactions are generally irreversible; you accept these risks.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelozaPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Service. Because VelozaPay never holds your funds, it is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain network conditions, or third-party provider failures.

8. Changes to these Terms

VelozaPay may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
