This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the VelozaPay WordPress plugin, the VelozaPay payment network, and the velozapay.com website (the "Service").

1. Data processed to complete a payment

When a customer pays with a VelozaPay payment method on a merchant's store, the plugin sends the following to the VelozaPay payment network in order to create a payment and confirm it:

the order total and store currency;
the merchant's payout wallet address(es);
a callback URL on the merchant's website;
the customer's email address, where required to process the payment.

VelozaPay does not collect customer payment-card details. The plugin stores only public wallet addresses and payment references — never private keys.

2. How the data is used

This data is used solely to generate a payment wallet, host the checkout page, look up cryptocurrency exchange rates, and notify the merchant's store when a payment is received. It is not sold or used for advertising.

3. Third-party providers

The Service relies on the following processors:

PayGate.to — underlying cryptocurrency payment infrastructure that generates wallets and processes settlements.
Cloudflare — network, security, and hosting for the VelozaPay payment network and website. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and approximate country for security and routing.

4. The velozapay.com website

The marketing website is a static site and does not set tracking cookies or collect personal data from visitors beyond standard server and CDN logs.

5. Data retention

Payment and transaction references are retained only as long as needed to operate the Service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Merchants remain responsible for data stored within their own WordPress installation.
